MacKenzie King are proud to be working with a respected local business based in Ipswich to grow their finance team and meet the demands of the business’s continued growth. This position needs no experience as full training will be given by their experienced credit controller however, a desire to learn and develop is essential. As the role progresses there will opportunities for further development and growth in the credit control function leading to a rounded credit control role within the business.
Key responsibilities
- Posting receipts
- Responsibility for the incoming mailbox
- Sending invoices to clients via post and email
- Taking payments over the phone
- Calling customers to chase payment
- Answering customer queries and escalating complex queries to the Credit Controller
- Daily reporting to the Credit Controller
- Ad Hoc duties to support the Credit Controller and wider finance team.
