We are recruiting for an employer of choice in Ipswich for a Commercial Accountant on a full time, permanent basis.

You will have responsibility for the preparation of various financial models to assess investments, aid future decision making and impact of changes to the financial performance of the Group as required using a range of scenarios, analysis and provide insight into areas of focus.

The role will not have a service to manage in terms of financial reporting but will have one-off project-based outputs, such as new contracts or acquisitions and the integration of these into day-to-day business activities across the finance function.

Qualifications and experience

You'll need to be:

  • A fully qualified Accountant or on the way to be
  • A comfortable communicator across various seniority levels
  • Able to work well under pressure to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident with Excel
  • Able to work within a multi-division organisation with different perspectives and requirements
