MacKenzie King are excited to be recruiting a Finance Operations Specialist for a well-established business in the Felixstowe area. This role will suit a Financial Operations Specialist with previous logistics experience that enjoys working in a fast paced, diverse environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing and Issuing invoices
- Oversee the management of self -billing customers
- Dealing with invoice queries both internally and externally
- Setting up new customers onto the system
- Accurate management of the fleet costs
- Providing relevant Purchase Orders
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Experience within an accountancy role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work off of your own initiative
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with a finance system
