Key tasks and responsibilities
- Monthly Stock Reconciliation
- Payment Runs
- Wages Weekly payments
- Wages Dashboard
- Month End Payment Runs
- Accruals – Supplier, water & electric
- Bank reconciliations
- Payment transfers between accounts to manage balances
- Daily bank submissions and month end reconciliations
- Monitoring payments email daily
- Same day / urgent payment requests
- Petty cash
- Support system developments
- Maintenance of accounting system
Qualifications and experience
- AAT qualified, studying towards or equivalent experience.
- Strong Excel & reporting capabilities.
- Good knowledge of accounting systems
- Proactive and organised approach with a problem-solving mentality.
