Finance and Reporting Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Costings - Maintain costings data and create new costings for new products
• Monthly Stock Reconciliation / collate all factory stocks
• Giveaway Report - Daily / Factory KPIs
• Payment Runs
• Wages Weekly payments
• Wages Dashboard - Analysis for managers
• PAYE Monthly payments
• Month End Payment Runs
• Accruals – Supplier, water & electric
• Bank reconciliations
• Office Of National Statistics - 3 reports each month & 1 Quarterly
• Rental Monthly Self Billing Invoices
• Payment transfers between accounts to manage balances
• Daily bank submissions and month end reconciliations
• Climate Change Levy – Monthly meter readings, yearly reporting, PP10 &PP11 Forms
• Monitoring payments email daily
• Council Tax queries as required
• DD Mandates as required
• Same day / urgent payment requests
• Petty cash
• Support system developments
• Maintenance of accounting system

Essential Experience

• AAT qualified, studying towards or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel & reporting capabilities.
• Good knowledge of accounting systems, Dynamics Navision would be advantageous.
• Proactive and organised approach with a problem-solving mentality.
