MacKenzie King are partnering with one of our long-standing clients to recruit a part-time Accounts Assistant to support them during an exciting period of growth and development. This role offers an experienced Accounts Assistant the opportunity to take ownership of key transactional finance processes whilst benefiting from flexibility around commitments outside of work. Key tasks and responsibilities
- Managing supplier account transactions and ensuring financial records remain up to date and accurate.
- Processing electronic payments efficiently whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices within agreed timeframes.
- Investigating and resolving account related queries across both supplier and customer ledgers.
- Providing additional administrative and finance support as required by the senior management team.
Qualifications and experience
- AAT level 3 qualified or working towards it
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work automatously
