MacKenzie King are excited to be recruiting an Account Manager for a growing business who offer a sustainable and high quality service. They endeavour to provide a premium service by operating in line with their core values of respect, excellence, accountability, and innovation. This is a newly created role due to business growth and will offer the opportunity to get involved in a number of aspects of the business.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage schedules and customer expectations
  • Manage and help resolve customer queries
  • General administrative duties
  • Raise invoices and PO's
  • Liaise with customers and via telephone
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Involvement in social media and marketing if that is of interest

Qualifications and experience

  • Ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Manufacturing experience would be an advantage
  • Experience in a customer service role is essential
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail
