MacKenzie King are recruiting for a Senior Payroll Assistant for a global business in Colchester. As Senior Payroll Assistant you will play a lead role in performing the administration of the pay and benefits for 2,000 UK employees within a growing, large scale business.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Accurately updating employee records using the payroll software, iTrent
- Running payroll processes and reconciling reports
- Managing the payroll administration of employee benefits
- Answering a wide range of queries at varying levels of complexity
- Collaborating with teams within the firm and external contacts
Qualifications and experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working on a varied and complex payroll(s)
- Experience as a high-performing team player, supporting others and co-ordinating workload
- Experienced and highly competent user of payroll software and MS Excel
- Experience in a professional services environment is desirable
- CIPP Qualified or studying towards is desirable
