Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk

MacKenzie King is delighted to be recruiting for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of an established and successful business based on the outskirts of Romford. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar function and be able to hit the ground running. My client is ideally looking for someone to work 5 days a week 9.30 – 2.30 or 3 days a week – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the purchase ledger accounts
  • Scanning invoices
  • Coding and input of foreign currency invoices, including sub-contractors
  • Manual foreign currency payments
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Scheduling regular payment runs
  • Dealing with disputes, credits etc
  • Assisting with verification, coding and input of multi-currency credit card transactions
  • Bank reconciliations

Summary
