Office & Finance Manager

MacKenzie King are supporting a fantastic local charity that are well established with impressive growth plans for the future in the recruitment of an Office & Finance Manager. Managing a team of four your duties will be varied to include:

Finance duties

  • Preparation of annual budget
  • Month end close including prepayments, accruals and payroll journals
  • Monthly department reporting by division
  • Maintenance of the fixed asset register
  • Oversee debt management
  • Production of cashflow
  • Managing periodic funding claims
  • Purchase and sales ledger

Bookings & Billings Administration team management

  • Supervise the booking & billings service team of four in the timely administration of new registrations for billing, booking changes and invoicing
