£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

MacKenzie King are recruiting for a Ledger Clerk to be an active part of the finance team on a part-time, temporary basis. As Ledger Clerk you will be working within the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger team as support during a busy period of the year.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Prepare purchase invoices for recording and coding on a daily basis
  • Prepare supplier statements for monthly reconciliation
  • Assist with payment runs
  • Raising sales ledger invoices
  • Sales ledger reconciliation
  • Resolving customer payment queries
  • Dealing with high volume paperwork

Qualifications and experience

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience of Sage200 (preferred)
  • Experience working in both sales and purchase ledger roles
