Head of Finance

You will be responsible for a large finance team encompassing many key finance functions ensuring that all deadlines are met and the quality of the information produced is of a high standard. A key focus will be on the efficient running of the finance team, to drive improvements to processes and controls, to enhance systems and adopt a forward thinking approach.

Duties will include:

  • Lead and develop the finance team.
  • Build long lasting relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee production of management accounts production for a number of entities within the group.
  • Oversee production of annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Assist within the annual audit process.

The role would suit someone who is professionally qualified and technically proficient. You will have a personable and professional approach and be people focused. You will have proven man management skills and be able to coach, develop and mentor teams. You will be able to forge long-term business relationships and see this as a key part of your role. Advanced IT skills would be an advantage.
