Finance Assistant 

MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting a full time Finance Assistant for an established business is based in central Ipswich. The successful candidate will play an integral role within the team assisting in providing an efficient and accurate accounts service to the company.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively receive and process all payments and receipts for client and office accounts.
  • Accurately carry out CHAPS, BACS, International Payments and Inter Account Transfers within agreed time limits.
  • Efficiently check and process bills .
  • Successfully resolve queries from Secretaries, Clients and Suppliers as required.
  • Assist and support other team members in other duties as required.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • Ensuring that own knowledge and skills are kept up-to-date, requesting training where necessary.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Strong IT skills, including word and excel.
  • Good organisation and administrative skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
