MacKenzie King are recruiting an Administrator for a respected and reputable business, based in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic team player to be instrumental in the continued success of a fast-growing business.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Fleet management.
  • Looking after the workforce - booking training and ensuring all qualifications are up to date, monitoring employee timesheets, and cross-checking these against jobs.
  • Meeting bookings and taking detailed minutes.
  • Engineer training matrix.
  • Timesheet approvals and checks.
  • Social media updates.
  • Content creation and copy writing.
  • Creating manuals.
  • Marketing advertorials.
  • Uniform ordering & office supplies.
  • Booking Health and Safety courses and ensuring the team have the appropriate legal documentation.
  • Updating all certificates and company accreditations.
  • Keeping and maintaining a detailed inventory of in-house stock and company owned material.

Qualifications and experience

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communicator at all levels, both verbal and written.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A calm and professional manner.
  • Excellent administration and computer skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • The ability to use your own initiative.
  • Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
  • Ability to handle busy working environment.
  • Knowledge of the latest Microsoft software.
  • Ability to research and find information for your company.
