Accounts Assistant

MacKenzie-King are delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant for a reputable business based on the outskirts of Woodbridge that provide outsourced accounting services. You will be energetic and driven with experience of carrying out the full bookkeeping process.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Account reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Prepayments and accruals
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required

The successful candidate will have practical experience of the Sage bookkeeping process and be competent on Excel.
