Responsibilities & Attributes:
- Ideally experience of working with multiple entities under one umbrella
- Good people skills
- Happy to undertake secretarial tasks for the MD/Contract Manager
- Filing for the Accounts Team
- Pulling out invoices for payment runs
- Answering and fielding calls
- General office management
- Raising and allocating invoices on to the invoice tracker
