MacKenzie King are recruiting an Accounts Administrator/Receptionist for an innovative and forward thinking business, based on the outskirts of Colchester.

Responsibilities & Attributes:

  • Ideally experience of working with multiple entities under one umbrella
  • Good people skills
  • Happy to undertake secretarial tasks for the MD/Contract Manager
  • Filing for the Accounts Team
  • Pulling out invoices for payment runs
  • Answering and fielding calls
  • General office management
  • Raising and allocating invoices on to the invoice tracker
