Sales Ledger Controller Job Opportunity – South of Maidstone

Duties will include:

  • Allocation of payments
  • Query handling including raising credits and debits along with supplier recharging
  • Customer liaison regarding payments and queries
  • Customer liaison regarding remittance advices
  • Assisting in distribution of invoices
  • Filing and archiving
  • Producing invoices and credit notes as and when required
  • Inputting debit notes onto the system
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
