MacKennzie King are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Assistant on a 11 month contract for a successful company based in Ipswich.
As a Finance Assistant your duties and responsibilities will include,
- Preparation of monthly management schedules
- Monthly balance sheets
- Monthly budget analysis
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end
- Assisting with year-end audit
- Bank reconciliation
- BACS/CHAPS payments
- Dealing with petty cash
- Maintenance of Direct Debits
- Administration for expenses system and company credit cards
You will ideally be AAT qualified or working towards qualification, although this is not essential. You will have proven experience of working in a Finance department and excellent communication and Excel skills.
