MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting a full time Accounts Assistant for a well established Insurance company based in Ipswich.
As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Inputting invoices
- Providing monthly payment run
- Imputing of journals
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly payroll duties
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash-flows
- Processing business expenses
- Posting daily receipts
- Credit control
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified and will have experience working within an Accounting environment. You will have advanced Excel skills, be familiar with accounting software and be a driven individual who wants to progress.
The current role is offering 21 days holiday per year, increasing 1 day for every year of service to a maximum of 26 days, free car parking and a friendly management style.
