MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant on a 6 month contract, for a specialist electricity supplier based in Ipswich.
As a Accounts Assistant your duties and responsibilities will include,
- Inputting purchase ledger transactions
- Setting up supplier payments
- Process customer refunds
- Bank reconciliations
- Review of daily Direct Debit files
- Dealing with Purchase Ledger queries
- Reporting to Ledger Manager
You will have relevant accounts experience, be a self-motivated team player and have strong communication and IT skills.
