Accounts Assistant

MacKenzie King are delighted to be recruiting an Accounts Assistant on a 6 month contract, for a specialist electricity supplier based in Ipswich.

As a Accounts Assistant your duties and responsibilities will include,

  • Inputting purchase ledger transactions
  • Setting up supplier payments
  • Process customer refunds
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Review of daily Direct Debit files
  • Dealing with Purchase Ledger queries
  • Reporting to Ledger Manager

You will have relevant accounts experience, be a self-motivated team player and have strong communication and IT skills.
